Career counselors are united in their consistent advice to job seekers about the importance of cleaning up their social media sites. Sadly, even the best advice does not have a "one-size-fits-all" setting.

I am sure that this lawyer thought that he was giving his client good advice when he said "clean up your Facebook page." Sadly, the advice that would be excellent for children, friends, or sensible job seekers, turned into a career-ending nightmare for him.
